Codfish is one of the flagship foods of the so-called New Basque Cuisine, a new style of Basque cooking rooted in traditional recipes and homemade dishes. In April, Nerua’s culinary experience “In the Kitchen” will focus on the preparation of several codfish-based dishes. It will be a special occasion to take an inside look at all the versions, forms, and flavors of codfish in the kitchen, as you taste the wines from Bodega Gorka Izagirre.
