We love it when you share your social media content with the Museum, and we’d like to post your photos in our communication channels!

What should you do?

Reply to the permission request for publishing your photos sent from the Museum’s Instagram account using the hashtag #OKGuggenheimBilbao.

What will you get in return?

• Visibility on our website and social media accounts.
• Mentions whenever your photos are used.

You can always withdraw your permission, at any time.

Terms and conditions for the use of images

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 14 years of age, and grant us non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free permission to use and share your photographs in our public communication channels (both digital and print media) for marketing and/or advertising purposes, including the right to reproduce, edit, share, and publish your images. This permission shall cease to be in force at the time you choose to withdraw your consent. Likewise, you represent and warrant that you are the owner of all intellectual property rights over the content you have shared with us and that you have the consent of every other person over 14 years of age shown in it and/or the consent of the parents or guardians of every minor appearing in the images.

You shall continue to be the owner of the images at all times.

What should you do to withdraw your consent?

You can withdraw your consent to the use of your images whenever you want. Likewise, you can exercise your data protection rights at any time. Just send an email to marketing@guggenheim-bilbao.com, and we will stop using your photos in accordance with the legally established procedures.
