Fundación BBVA

BBVA Foundation has been a Strategic Trustee of the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao since the latter’s establishment in 1997, as a member of its two governing bodies: the Executive Committee and the Board of Trustees. In addition, BBVA Foundation supports one big temporary exhibition every year —an exhibition that, given its scope and design, takes center stage in the international cultural scene. The Museum’s exhibitions supported by BBVA Foundation draw large numbers of visitors and lead to scholarly research on their themes and artists.
