Special Dinner in our Bistro

We are welcoming spring with a special dinner at Bistró Guggenheim Bilbao.

The menu will be based on in-season vegetables available in Biscay. You will be able to taste appetizers with peppers from Gernika and Basque smoked leek and potato soup (porrusalda); the main course will carry artichokes, asparagus, baby beans, and other delicious vegetables; finally, for those with a sweet tooth, spring-inspired dessert; and to wash everything down, a great wine selection.
