In the context of the TopARTE Program, the Museum is collaborating with the Invisible Film Festival, Film Sozialak, which shows selected international productions that move society to reflection about our immediate environment. In this context, the film Doxandéem. Les chasseurs de rêves, by Saliou Waa Guendoum Sarr (2023), will be screened at the Museum. The film deals with Basque cooperation in Senegal, aimed at community development through the support of education and learning via cultural exchange. After the film, there will be a discussion panel with the filmmaker; social entrepreneur Mamadou Dia, Pan-African writer and human rights advocate; journalist Laura Feal Sánchez, project manager at the Senegal-based NGDO Hahatay Sonrisas de Gandiol; and J. Carlos Vázquez Velasco, Chairman of the NGDO Kultura Communication y Desarrollo (KCD ONGD) and Director of Film Sozialak (Bilbao).
