The Museum is hosting again one of the activities from MEM Festival, curated by Txema Agiriano, between tradition and cyberculture.
In this activity, part of the MEM International Experimental Art Festival we will see how Hao Fangyuan talks about a mythological character from Chinese mythology in a video; Guo Xiaojing discusses classical Chinese painting and AI; Estonians Katariin Raska and Villem Jahu reinvent folk music with the traditional bagpipe and electronics; Iaiaiai uses the irrintzi—the ancestral cry of the Basque people to experiment with sound and space; and Karla Kracht makes live films with handmade objects, the video, and a screening to talk about an archeologist from the future in an eerie sci-fi film
