Flash Trips: León
We have planned a new trip in Spain, this time to towns in Castille-León.
In this flash trip for Museum Members, we will explore the city of León. Trip highlights include the Fundación Cerezales Antonino y Cinia, in the old schools in Cerezales del Condado (30 kilometers from the city); the Museum of Contemporary Art of Castille-León (MUSAC) and its exhibition focusing on the work of Ai Weiwei; VILE La Finca and its wines (15 kilometers south); and some of the gems in town, including the Cathedral, the Convent of San Marcos, the Collegiate Church of San Isidoro, and Casa Botines-Gaudí Museum, which became a National Historical Monument in 1969.
