In this workshop, you will transform the space around you by making installations inspired by the works of Jenny Holzer and other artists who play with light and dark.
In a tour of the relevant works from the Museum Collection, you will discover the power of light and color, how they can affect our moods and feelings. Then, you will design your own installation, aimed at arousing unique sensations. Finally, you will work in groups to make columns using letters, figures, patterns, and series, thus creating a space to walk around and the experience of a massive group installation.
