In these workshops, the Museum invites you to explore the connections between art and nature – this time based on the Hilma af Klint exhibition. Celebrating three key dates for environmental sustainability – World Nature Protection Day (October 18), World Energy Saving Day (October 21), and International Day of Climate Action (October 24) –, in October we will find the potential for artistic creation in nature, while stimulating curiosity and promoting the values associated with environmental care and protection.

Hilma af Klint took an interest in natural structures, so her work is particularly relevant if we want to study the relationship between art and nature. These workshops encourage you to be in contact with nature – a fundamental element in the history of art and a must for personal growth – by taking a close look at a flower, a leaf, a fruit, or grass and find inspiration and knowledge in them.

Targeted at all family members, the workshops include activities everyone can engage in, no matter how old or young they are. They have been designed to be rewarding, meaningful, and collaborative experiences where everyone feels free, irrespective of their personal interests and skills.
