Earns a degree in fine arts from the Universidad del País Vasco, specializing in audiovisual studies.

Arregui’s work is shown in the exhibition Trans Sexual Express at Fundación Bilbao Arte Fundazioa in Bilbao; the exhibition later travels to Gijón and Corunna, Spain, and Budapest.

Participates in Arte y electricidad, a project by Fundación RDZ, at Arteleku in San Sebastián, Spain.

Receives a grant from the Fundación Marcelino Botín in Santander, Spain.
Arregui’s first solo exhibition, Sticky Bacon, is presented at Galería Espacio Mínimo in Madrid and later travels to Galería Dasto in Oviedo, Spain.

Presents the exhibition On My Own at Fundación Bilbao Arte Fundazioa in Bilbao.
Arregui’s work is included in the exhibitions Bad Boys at the 50th Biennale di Venezia and Monocanal at the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía in Madrid; the latter travels to Corunna, Murcia, Valladolid, San Sebastián, Gijón, and Barcelona.
