Following its success last year, the “Film Sozialak” Invisible Film International Festival is coming back to the Museum in the context of the TopARTE program to show selected international productions that move society to reflect about our immediate environment. In the context of the Festival’s 16th edition, will show Le Spectre de Boko Haram, a 2023 documentary directed by Cameroonian filmmaker Cyrielle Raingou. This moving film follows a group of children as they carve out their own worlds amidst the dangers of armed conflict.

The film will be followed by a talk between Raingou, who believes art to be a powerful tool to shape African identities, and Festival Director Juan Carlos Vázquez Velasco.

Film runtime: 80 min.
